2 cups Self rising flour
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs oil
2 cups milk
1 egg
(optional) 1/4 cup rai
Mix all well. Fry up on a medium low pan. You can also bake a cookie sheet full for large crowds at 350* for 15 min.
For every 1 cup of water gather 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 3 Tbs oil and 3 cups flour.
Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let rest for 5 min. Mix in salt, oil and flour (a little at a time on the flour) until no longer sticky. Can be used immediatley for pizza dough, will make one thick large pizza. When I double the recipe, I get 3 large thin pizzas.
If you want to use for bread, cover and place in a warm, non-drafty spot to rise up to 2 hours. Punch down and form let rise 30 min and bake for 25-30 min at 375*.
